This one is special because represents the Culture from my state of Jalisco that is called Tradicion Teuchitlan. The site is called Guachimontones that means round pyramids

The concept and design express the history of the building and the relationship of farming in the area. As water and sun give life in nature, the water flows around the image supported by the sun in the middle. These give birth to date palms, which is a reference to date production and Tempe’s government date palm farm. These also give birth to cotton which was grown in the area in the 1910s...
It's been a great week painting the mural on 1930 E. Apache Blvd. in Tempe and I very grateful of being selected for this project. I really enjoy when the people walk by and say they like what I'm doing. Thanks City of Tempe!

Have a wonderful time working with the students on the history of Glendale and create this mural at Desert Rose Steakhouse on a Free Arts day, where our team of 10 students were the leaders of 150 kids that were taking turns to paint the mural.
